6. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items follow the specifications and production timeframe stated before purchase.

Please check all submitted sizes, spelling, colors, and design details. Where a proof is provided, production begins after your approval. Approval does not excuse defects or our failure to follow the agreed specifications.

Changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins. Custom items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except as stated in our Return & Refund Policy or required by law.

If you provide artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to authorize its use. You give us permission to use that artwork only as needed to fulfill your order. Promotional use requires separate permission.

7. Preorders & Limited Releases

Preorder listings will identify the item as a preorder and provide an expected shipping timeframe before purchase.

Limited releases are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you of the revised timeframe and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If a package is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible standard items may be returned by requesting approval within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with original tags attached.

Custom items and products clearly marked “Final Sale” are excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not remove remedies for defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to the conditions stated with each offer, including eligibility, expiration dates, and product exclusions.

Heaven Sent’s original artwork, photographs, website text, logos, and other content are owned by us or used with permission, to the extent protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property associated with it.

You may not reproduce protected artwork, manufacture counterfeit products, or use our branding to falsely suggest an official partnership or endorsement. Uses permitted by law remain permitted.

13. Reviews & Customer Photos

Reviews must reflect your honest experience. Content submitted to our website must not infringe another person’s rights, disclose private information, or contain threats or unlawful material.
